Please double check your personalisation as how it appears when you enter it will be how it appears on the product, including spacing and punctuation.
Please do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this. This includes accents above and below the alphabetical or numerical text.
Please read the description details carefully, as due to the nature of some products and the font type it is not possible for the personalisation message to be in capitals. If the message is all in capitals you will find the personalisation extremely difficult to understand and may even result in personalisation being missed off the product.
Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Delivery to a UK address is free of charge. Orders are sent Royal Mail 2nd class, as standard and are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days (unless specified in the item description).
All orders can be upgraded to Royal Mail 1st class, this option is available at checkout stage.
Some items are also available on a guaranteed next day delivery option. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require this option.

As a general rule personalised items cannot be returned as they cannot be resold.
Returns are accepted if an item is damaged or faulty or if we have made a mistake. Please contact us first if you need to return an item at firstname.lastname@example.org.
